1 Introduction

Welcome to GamePKR. These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between GamePKR (referred to as "the Platform", "we", "us" or "our") and anyone who registers an account or uses the platform's services (referred to as "you", "the player" or "the member").

2 Eligibility & Registration

To register and use GamePKR, you must meet the following requirements at the time of registration and at all times while your account remains active:

• You must be a resident of Pakistan or accessing the platform from Pakistan.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

• You must not already hold an existing GamePKR account. Only one account per person, household, device, IP address and payment method is permitted.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate personal information including your full name, date of birth, contact number and a valid email address. GamePKR reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify your identity at any point, including before processing withdrawal requests.

3 Account Rules

Once your GamePKR account is active, the following rules apply at all times:

• One account only: Each player is permitted one account. If duplicate accounts are detected, all duplicate accounts will be closed and any pending bonuses cancelled.
• Account security: You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. Do not share your username or password with anyone. GamePKR will never ask for your password through email, SMS or live chat.
• Account activity: You must only use your account for personal entertainment purposes. Commercial use, resale of services or using accounts on behalf of third parties is not permitted.
• Currency: Your GamePKR account operates entirely in PKR. All displayed balances, deposit amounts, bonus values and withdrawal amounts are in Pakistani Rupees.
• Inactive accounts: Accounts that have had no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be designated as dormant. GamePKR reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee or close dormant accounts after providing reasonable notice.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

GamePKR supports several local payment methods to make depositing and withdrawing as straightforward as possible for Pakistani players. Supported methods currently include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, direct bank transfer, debit/credit cards and other mobile wallets as listed on the Deposit page.

Deposits:

• All deposits are processed in PKR. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed on the Deposit page and may vary by payment method.
• Deposits are generally credited to your account within minutes, though processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
• GamePKR does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Deposits made using payment methods not registered in your name may be declined or subject to additional verification.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever possible.
• Before any withdrawal is processed, GamePKR may request identity verification documents. This is a standard procedure and is in place to protect players.
• Withdrawals must meet the minimum withdrawal threshold published on the Deposit page. Requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Processing times for withdrawals vary by payment method. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically the fastest. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. Only winnings derived from completed wagering requirements on bonuses may be withdrawn, subject to any applicable maximum withdrawal limits stated in the relevant promotion terms.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

GamePKR offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. Each promotion has its own specific terms which are published on the Promotions page. The following general rules apply to all bonuses unless stated otherwise:

• Wagering requirements: All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement, which means you must wager the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as specified) a certain number of times before winnings become withdrawable. The exact wagering requirement is shown on each promotion.
• Eligible games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and live casino may contribute at a lower rate. Contribution rates are listed on the relevant promotion page.
• Bonus expiry: Bonuses that are not used or wagered within the stated validity period will expire automatically. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
• One bonus at a time: Players may only hold one active bonus at a time unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise. Opting into a new bonus before completing an existing one may result in the existing bonus being forfeited.

6 Gameplay & Fair Play

GamePKR is committed to providing a fair and enjoyable gaming environment. All casino games on the platform are sourced from established game providers whose software is independently tested for fairness. The following fair play rules apply to all players:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any third-party tools to play games or place bets on your behalf is strictly prohibited.
• Attempting to exploit bugs, glitches or errors in the platform software for financial gain is not permitted. Any winnings obtained through such exploitation may be voided.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes in multiplayer games or sports betting markets is a serious breach of these terms.

7 Sports Betting Rules

The Sports section of GamePKR covers cricket (including PSL, T20 internationals and domestic competitions), football, esports and other sports markets. The following rules apply to all sports bets placed on the platform:

• Bet acceptance: Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be amended or cancelled unless a manifest error in odds is identified.

Closure by GamePKR: We reserve the right to suspend or permanently close any account that:

• Was registered using false or misleading information.
• Has been involved in fraudulent activity, bonus abuse or collusion.
• Is found to belong to a person under the age of 18.
• Has been used in violation of these Terms and Conditions.
• Is subject to a self-exclusion request.
